Vineyard Technical Specifications

The 2023 growing season began with heavy winter rainfall, providing much-needed moisture to the vines, followed by a long, cool growing season. The Sauvignon Blanc harvest occurred about three weeks later than the previous year, allowing for extended hang time and the development of complex flavors. Winemaker Kevin Hall cold fermented the wine at 50ºF in stainless steel tanks to preserve the bright flavors and enhance the tropical fruit notes. The wine saw no malolactic fermentation or oak aging, resulting in a rich profile with crisp acidity.
