Grapes are de-stemmed and fermented with daily pump-overs to build structure and aromatic depth. A 15-day maceration is followed by malolactic fermentation, bringing roundness and supple texture, before racking to ensure balance and purity. Maison des Palmes are family owned, work directly with local growers and produce in small quantities.

Tasting Notes

Deep garnet with purple reflections, this Merlot is plush and expressive. Blackcurrant, blackberry, and a touch of licorice lead into a velvety palate framed by supple tannins. Subtle notes of pepper and bay leaf add complexity, while its silky power lingers with elegance and depth.
