  • Viticulture: 93% of the vines are between 20-30 years old. The wine is inspired by the great village wines of Burgundy, emphasizing traditional varietal character and a sense of place.

  • Winemaking: The grapes are hand-harvested, fermented in small open-top tanks, and aged in French oak barrels, with 32% being new oak. The alcohol content is 13.2%.
