Technical Vineyard Information
  • Grape Composition: A blend of 33% Chardonnay, 34% Pinot Noir, and 33% Pinot Meunier, incorporating approximately 20% reserve wines.

  • Vineyard Sourcing: Grapes are meticulously selected from over 20 different Crus, including vineyards in Cumières, Damery, Hautvillers, and Verneuil.

  • Vinification Process:
    • Fermentation: Both alcoholic and malolactic fermentations are conducted in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats to preserve the wine’s purity and freshness.
    • Blending: The assemblage includes wines from diverse Crus and reserve wines, ensuring consistency and complexity in the final cuvée.
    • Secondary Fermentation: The traditional méthode champenoise is employed, with the second fermentation occurring in the bottle.
  • Aging: The Champagne matures on its lees for a minimum of 36 months, enhancing its depth and complexity.

  • Dosage: Brut, with a dosage of 7 g/L, achieving a balanced profile between dryness and richness.
